OpticCard 821 scanning with Identity card.

When I scan my identity card, I found at the back page of the card (where the bar code is), always appears half scan with the bar code area missing.

This is due to the sensor of the Opticard 821 has detected some spots on the identity card and thinks the card has reached its ending edge. So, it will stop scan any further. To over come this problem, you can select a bigger scan area and turn on the "Auto Crop" as shown below configuration:

Next when placing the identity card, place it about 1cm away from the left hand scan side:

This time, you will get a better scan.
